What Happens After You File a Complaint?

Please note: We do not require a court order to act on a valid DMCA request.

Will ThePoetyfy Take Action?

Yes. We take all valid copyright complaints seriously and will act quickly to remove or disable access to infringing content in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

Users who are found to repeatedly violate copyright policies may be banned or restricted from further contributions to ThePoetyfy.
